Subject: fix: hide the welcome page URL buttons

The welcome page offered Support, Known issues and Release notes, but only one
of the three had anything behind it. supportUrl and releaseNotesUrl in
branding.desc were both https://blankon.github.io/, a redirect to the project
landing page, so two buttons opened the same page and neither answered the
question it advertised; knownIssuesUrl at least reached a real tracker.

Calamares has switches for exactly these three, so no QML change is needed.
They are turned off until there are pages worth linking. The URLs themselves
stay in branding.desc -- Calamares ignores them while these are false, so
turning a button back on later is a one line change here.
