Description: crash reporting client and daemon
 blankres turns program crashes into crash reports and sends them to a crash
 database. It consumes the core dumps that systemd-coredump has already saved
 rather than taking over the kernel's core_pattern, so handling a crash never
 delays restarting the program that crashed.

 Reporting happens in two stages. A small telemetry event describing the crash
 is sent automatically once the user has opted in; it contains no memory
 contents, no command line and no environment. The full payload, including the
 core dump, is collected and uploaded only when the server asks for one and the
 user agrees to it in the desktop window.

 This package contains the daemon, the GTK desktop front end, the command line
 client and the apt failure hook.
